I signed up for the "free" bottle and just pay shipping for $2.95 and never received a confirmation e-mail. So right away I knew something was fishy. A week later I get 4 bottles with an invoice of $148.95. I was floored. The next day I called the 855 number and explained the whole thing. She told me that this was all listed in their terms and conditions on their website... I never saw anything of that manner. I got the mailing address and return codes and all that and mailed it that day.
Then I looked the next day and saw that they had charged me twice. I called probably 3 times and finally got my account credited back for the double charge. But I am still waiting on my initial refund 2 weeks later. I think I have called about 20 times and no one knows what they are doing. I have asked to speak to a supervisor at least 3 times and of course no one ever gets me one because they are all "too busy". I was told one time that they would call me back within an hour and of course never did.
I would recommend to people to never order this product. It is a huge scam and I'm sure I'll never get my money back. It has been nothing but a huge nightmare!
