I have read some of the other complaints and have a similar story. On Jan 28th I ordered 3 bottles and according to the ad was to get 2 bottles free. After I paid for it, I realized that the bill was $159. I called them right away and asked why I was billed for 5 bottles when the ad stated buy 3 2 free. She said it was an old ad and they wouldn't honor it. So, I said I want to cancel the order entirely because that wasn't what I thought I was buying. I kept calling back and was getting a different story each time. They said they had to make sure I didn't get the product 1st-etc, etc. Finally, they said they had issued a refund but it would take 3-5 business days. I was supposedly talking to a supervisor. He said he would issue the refund that they made a mistake and that it would once again take 3-5 business days. I told him that I had been told that 3 different times and that I didn't believe him. He said he would send me a e-mail confirming that I would have my money back by last Friday. I did receive the e-mail stating just that. However, once again the money is not in my account. I called them this last Monday and asked to speak with the supervisor again. He said that he wasn't available as he was in a meeting for the next two days. I have been calling off and on all day today (Wednesday-20th) to no avail. Automated phone keeps saying all reps are busy. I held and held waiting for help but then it finally just hung up on me.

So, I guess I just lost a $159. I don't want them to get by with this. And will do anything to help catch these people.
