I sent an HTC One S that was brand new and still factory sealed to Orange Offer on July 24 with the UPS tracking number showing delivery on July 27.
After 3 weeks of not receiving payment and their not responding to emails or phone calls they finally informed me that my box was received "empty" and that they would file a claim with UPS.
As of September 19, they still have not responded with regard to the UPS "claim".
Strangely enough this is within the same time period that others complained about payment checks being returned NSF.
