On July 10th Antonio Edwin Arteaga contacted me through SMS text messaging from 1-509-941-0444 to purchase “OEM 91-94 Nissan Sentra NX G20 2.0L Spark Plug Wires - $40 (Seattle)” which I had posted as for sale on craigslist.org. He asked if I would be able to send the wires to Yakima, which I agreed I could. He was then concerned that I would take his money and not deliver the spark plug wires, so we agreed that I would deliver the spark plug wires first and he would send payment upon receipt. He confirmed that it would be for his 1991 Nissan Sentra SE-R.
The agreed amount was $40 for the wires and $5 for shipping totaling $45. The wires were shipped via USPS to 1209 South 16th Ave #2 Yakima WA 98902 on July 11th. The tracking showed the package was delivered on July 15, 9:49 am. On July 16th Antonio Edwin Arteaga confirmed receipt of the ignition wires and assured that the payment will be mailed ASAP.
On July 23rd he confirmed that payment was sent. On July 26th he confirmed that he made an error in the mailing address and the payment was returned to him. Several messages were sent to him from August 5 to August 23rd 2013 requesting the payment. He confirmed that he would resend the payment on August 23rd 2013. I have still not received payment from this individual.
