So someone got my credit card number and began making many small charges of 12.66 to 26.95 at Mindcraft, Moneybookers, Cabelas.
Citibank fraud department gave me back all my cash within 48 hrs of me reporting it. I was issued a new card and my account number was changed and new checks issued.
I dealt directly with the fraud department and did not waste my time with the companies. I did call Cabelas and told them exactly whathte card nuber used was and they do not care really, they should because they will not be paid as the charges are still PENDING and will not be approved that also goes for Mindcraft.
I do not want to hear any BS about kids using my card as I do not have any... This was theft and fraud clear cut and simple as that... Go to your fraud department and Citibank has given me back every dime. 5 charges to Mindcraft for 26.95 pluse 0.81 cents foreign fees... All credited back to me..
