Answered their offer of a sample of Rejuvenex on the Internet two weeks ago. I understood they wanted my Debit Card details for postage. When sample arrived I read the letter that came with it and realised it was a Scam. Sent back the sample with a letter saying I wanted no further dealings with them. Saw today that they had taken the money from my Bank Account. The Bank said that in reading the small print the Company are allowed to do this.
Spoke to an American girl at Rejuvenex - 0800 who said she could refund 50% of my money now and if I. Rang back in 20 working days she could refund the other 50%! I'm not holding my breath! Can you help me get my money back?
