As with several other customers, i was charged the "full price" of my "trial pack" after 16 "Calendar days"-not "working days". I have telephoned the company & offered to return the products, unopened in return for a full refund, but was told this was not possible. I went to my local branch of my bank, & they have now cancelled any further payments going out of my account. I think this is what you have to do if you want the payments to stop. My bank have also written to the company to inform them that the payments have been cancelled. I have also e-mailed rejuvenex to again offer to return the items & am awaiting their reply
