I ordered the so call FREE Bottle online expecting to pay only for the shipping cost, but when I received the receipts through my email, I was changed £148.00 plus shipping cost. I email them back straight aways requesting to cancel my order. All I had back was a email with Term and conditions attached.
I have tried calling them but us I live in the UK and the number is in the USA, I can't get anwser. I still have not received anything yet and when I keep email them all I'm getting in reply is the Terms and Conditions back.
The return policy state in order to get a full refund contact customer service by phone but they do not give a phone number, so how do you contact them?
