They do not refund for services that were cancel by the merchant!

I bought a certificate for Boomerang Boat Club for a five hour pontoon/deck boat rental. Boomerang cancelled my reservation only 3 days before and never rescheduled, and they have not returned phone calls and replied emails sent. Talked to LivingSocial and they did not do anything. So I got stuck with $130... It is a scam
