They have a recording of me authorizing something.interestingly, the recording is my old name which I wouldn't have used, but anyway, they claim they sent invoices, I never received them and now we owe back interest, etc. I said I wanted this cancelled immediately. Kevin King said he would send a letter of closure via fax & I haven't received it.
