My husband and I have been Windstream Cust. For 15-20 Years. We moved 2 yrs. Ago back to home we owned (and had previous services at Windstream). This home we moved back to is home which was a rental property and we purchased another home where we had Windstream Serv. And had planned to retire there. However, my husband had an accident on his job at Gwinnett County where he had been employed
For 24 yrs and during the last 101/2 of those yrs. He also Pastored a small church. So, as far as the accident this changed our plans and that's when we downsized back to the home where we are now and as stated earlier have been for 2 yrs. We have complained numerous times to Windstream. We've had problems with severe static on line and complained sev. Times. We pay for Wifi and probs. With this service has cost us a lot of extra expenses with our AT&T Acct. I would like for a Mgr. With Windstream to contact me and discuss these problems and the issue of what these probs. Has cost us. We are on a fixed income since my husband had to retire after accident/7 surgeries. We lost my income yrs. Before due to diag. & I was on treatments with chemo in past. I've tried to talk to Cust. Serv. And explain this and the $ that its cost us. As far as any credits Windstream has applied to our acct. I assure you it is nothing when you consider the longevity of the problems and what they've cost us with our AT&T Acct.
