I ordered the free trial version, and then later found out that if I kept it that I would be charged. So the next day I called and cancelled it and as soon as it came in the mail I sent it right back. When I called to talk to a representative to try and cancel the original order and not be charged the shipping cost the representative's phone was cutting in and out, and I know it wasn't my phone because it was just fine until I started talking to a real person. After asking what, and I'm sorry what was that over and over I asked to speak to someone else and she hung up on me. The only thing I caught was that it had already been shipped and that I couldn't cancel it. I don't care if I don't get my shipping cost back I'm just afraid that I'm going to get charged even though I canceled it and sent it back.
