I ordered Hydrawhite on the internet as a promotion for free and it was only $1.03 to have it shipped to me. They called me to confirm the shipping and I mentioned I do not want to be charged for the product, just a trial. She said I would not and it was just a trial. No one mentioned I would after 14 days be charged $78.41 if I didnt call back to cancel. I was charged $78.41 on 10.03-12! I called your company to get this resoulved. I feel I was scamed because when I ordered it said nothing about having to call back to cancel or how much I would be charged if I didnt do so. The customer service person said it was in the fine print of the terms and condtionts. I feel this is fraud. I think it should have been shown in print when ordering the product, and when the person called me back to confirm the order for free trial should have also said something, because I keep saying I dont want to be charged for this. I want my money back! And If i have to pay to ship your product back I should be rembursed for the shipping.
