I had someone use my credit card and identity for thier products while i was out of the country... After several calls in a span of 4 hours i was able to get one charge refunded but not the other... Seeing as it was done without my permission i don't see why i shouldn't be issued a refund for the full amount taken from my card. They have asked me to send the merchadise back that i clearly do not have nor do i know where or what it is... I have filed a bbb complaint and have my lawyer looking into the matter. It seems very petty to me and extremly immature that i am not able to be issued a full refund especially after be treated so rudely by thier poor customer service agents i was basically called stupid for having my card number stolen and i apparently dont know the meaning of the word fraud... I have a masters degree in criminal justice and business law... All in all i just want whats owed to me without fighting months for something that can be easily fixed with a click of a button.
