I signed up for a free offer with SlimEasyPro.com. I happen to check my credit card statement on-line and noticed a $88.97 charge on my credit card so I called the Credit Card Company. They verified the charge and even transferred me to the number of Slim Easy Pro. Basically what that is telling me is that this must be happening to alot of people if the credit card company knows where to forward the call.

I spoke to a customer service rep at Slim Easy Pro and they cancelled my so called membership but told me in order to request a refund, I had to send an email to the company. I have send numerious emails to have them pretty much reply they they are not going to refund my money. They state in their terms that you have 15 days from the date of the shipment to send any product back for a full refund. I sent 2 emails requesting a RMA number within the time frame but they have not replied with that information. Now I am close to the 15 days after the shipment was sent which means they do not have to refund my money according to them. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
