I had 3 phones on a criket account on direct billing. June 30th i stoped my service with criket because thier customer service is vary bad. July 1 they still took 140. Dollars off my credit card. Now i have approx 8 hours invested in trying to recover my money. They have continuly not refunded credit back to my account.
I have filed 6 times for a refund, they have addmited to the fact they owe the refund, but continue to denie refund i have hours on phone on hold, hours sitting in thier store, trying to resolve this matter. They are hands down at fault and dont try to resolve the matte
