I was looking to change name on a social security card and found the govservices.Us site thinking it was connected to social security. I filled out the application which asked for social security numbers (which I provided). I have received NO response from them. Having read your complaint list I will not work with them at all and so don't expect a monetary problem. I am concerned about misuse of the social security numbers
