Thought i was applying for a loan and this company said they could help me but fail to mention they will take cash from my account. When i called to ask for money back they said to write a letter and money will be back in my account within 7-10 working days. Its been a month and everytime i call i am told i need to speak to a manager and he is unavailable and will call me back
i have not used they service and got a loan through them and should be allowed a full refund. Can't ever see me getting it back.
