I was desperatelt looking to borrow some money. Loan-options said they would help and would not take any money from my account immediately, but within 50 days. The next day I found they had taken almost £65 from my account. I had no service from them, and have not taken a loan through them. They sent me a letter welcomig me to their group and saying they had enclosed a membership card which would entitle me to huge discounts at various places - there was nothing enclosed. I tried logging into my account on their website - nothing happens. They are con-artists and I would like my money back
