Applied for a loan, was passed on to loan-options.net without noticing even realizing that I would be charged for the priviledge of being a member. Except I never saw a tick box that said fee payable. Never even saw the website! I called to day to demand my money back. Spent 45 min and talked to account manager who said she would refund me £24, i said it was not acceptable, so as a 'gesture pof good will' she is refunding me £35. To cut a long story short i am now waiting for the refund, but will go further. Will keep people posted.
