I ordered a deal for $40AUS for Garcinia Cambogia, after reading an article which appeared to be on Women's Health magazine website. It turns out that article was a scam and never featured on the website.
Realised my credit card had been charged $160, not $40 as I expected. Contacted the company at [email protected] and received a reply saying they were unable to refund me as my order had been shipped. At this point I contacted my bank and got my credit card replaced to avoid any further money being taken from my account.
After 2 weeks nothing had arrived, so I contacted them and they replied (from the email address [email protected]) saying they can not provide a shipping number for Australia and if the product had not arrived in two weeks get in touch and they would send another package free of charge. At this point I have zero interest in receiving anything as I am aware I've been scammed. I replied after two weeks when nothing else arrived and stated I wanted my money back and they replied that I would have to return the shipment WITH A SHIPPING NUMBER to them and they would then issue a refund. I replied to this email asking how they proposed I return a product that HAS NEVER ARRIVED. They replied that I would have to wait until it arrived and then return it to receive a refund. Ridiculous.
Total scam, I will be lucky if I ever see that $160 back but I am going to go through my bank to report fraud. Absolutely sickened.
