I never met the income requirements and the agent kept lowering the price and then transferred me to another agent who did the same thing until eventually I caved under their tactics and bought the package. I was told that i had three years to use my vacation package. Now they tell me that i was never quoted that and they wont let me listen to my call. I was informed that My package is about to expire and so I called them I have been transferred and hung up on when I do call them I am treated very poorly. They wont give me a refund because it has passed 30 days.
