I have been emailed and phoned numerous times by a Joe Johnson from North American Master Lines. The following is the email, with links:

Something is up here. How could a moving company have the the same name and two separate BBB ratings? Of note, the phone number that "Joe Johnson" called from was (877) 513-2889. This is the number from the "A " rating. The number associated with the
"D " rating is (954) 628-3042. Both of these numbers are listed TOGETHER on their home website at http://www.northamericanmasterlines.com/contact-us.html
Folks, this is called misrepresentation. If you have been scammed by them, get yourself a contract attorney... And do some work.
