I first saw an advertisement for this product on Facebook. After seeing it several times I decided to try it. Apparently my 10 day trial period is up and my account has been charged. Here's the kicker, I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE PRODUCT! To say I am pissed off is an understatement!!! According to the representative I spoke with on the phone today my package is STILL in California. When I asked to cancel the order and have my money refunded, I was told that once the order has been put in it can't be cancelled, they can't process a refund until the product is returned, and the shipping cost to send the product back is on ME! This whole set-up is a SCAM!!! I've received NO product, my 10 day trial period is up, and my bank account is missing $148!!! This whole situation is (Inappropriate Content Removed)!! Facebook should be ashamed for advertising this fraud!!!
