Elle Buford claimed to be selling a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 on Craiglist. On my insistence that no payment will be made until I receive the product, she provided Collectplus Canada as a third party agent who would deliver the product to me, and I will pay for the phone, but only after inspecting the item. This is how it (supposed to) work. I pay Collectplus Canada, who would hold my money until I communicate them that I am satisfied with the product before they transfer the money to Elle Buford. Seems legit? Wrong. Collectplus is a British Company that does not deliver outside the country. When I waited for two weeks without delivery of the phone, I called Collectplus (the real one in Britain) and was told that they do not deliver outside Britain.
