I contacted a post in craigslist about a 64 GB Unlocked Iphone 4S and an "Elle Buford" responded to me with the proposition to use a Collect Plus Third Party source to complete our transaction, which required me to send the money to Collect Plus Agent "Laurent Basler", who I assumed would hold the money and the phone until I received the merchandise. Although it was a local post Buford was located in Canada. I went to Western Union and sent the money on Friday, August 23rd and my invoice showed a guaranteed ETA of Wednesday, Auguest 28th and the phone still has not arrived. I did some research to find that Collect Plus does not have locations in Canada and also that there were others who had been victims of "Laurent Basler".
