Company sent free sample - that was all I wanted. There was no invoice or packing info or notice about what was going to happen.in a couple of weeks I got another for $95.00 and then a couple of weeks later, another for $95.00. I had to idea what the creme cost until I went to my credit card bill Online. I called the phone number on my credit card bill and actually someone answered. He said at first I did not have an account with them, but I persisted and finally he found it. I asked him to cancel me and I did receive an email notice that I had cancelled and a verification number. I don't think I'll get my money back if I return the jars. I emailed for return instructions but have not yet heard back. I asked my credit card to withhold payment.
