Purchased three iPods from this company, early July. Products arrived late August after opening a dispute with the company. Products are of no use 1. There is no plug to charge the item 2. There is no way to turn off one of the product 3. Cannot connect to the Internet although there is active Wi-Fi in the house. Contact the company they want me to send video of the problem. Cannot do that because I already had a dispute about the delivery that they want to close before I can open another dispute.
