Lousy Service at Target

Stopped 3 times at the store for twin pack of Silk Unflavored Almond milk. They are always out of stock. I ask at the register. Do you have the UPC numbers? No, I did not memorize them. Don't you have these in your register? NO. (so how does it read it when I DO HAVE THE PRODUCT?). Go to customer service! OK I go there and wait 5 minutes (I was lucky this time). Again, DO YOU HAVE THE UPC NUMBER? No, can you look it up? OK, I will call an associate to find it on the shelf. Wait another 5 minutes. Oh, I can't give rain checks on milk - we have trucks every day. So why can't I find some when I come in 3 times? How can I get some the next time I come in, OR CAN YOU CONTACT ME WHEN YOU GET SOME SO I CAN COME AND GET IT? Sorry, we can't do that. EXPECT MORE, PAY LESS? I get the pay less part, but I am NOT getting the EXPECT MORE part. I DON'T EVEN GET THE EXPECT ANY PART! Target (like many of the mainstream retailers) puts a good deal out there as a carrot to get you into the store, and can't deliver when you go for it.
Target - i paid more, and got less.
One very unhappy customer out many.
