I ordered carside to go from the Middletown, DE Applebee's on 9/7 and had to go inside to get my food because it was after 9 P.M. My order came to $25 and I handed the waitress my charge card, as well as a $5 tip in cash. I signed the credit card slip with the total amount of $25. The next day I checked my account and find that $30 was charged to my account. I contacted the store and spoke to the manager, Eric who advised that it was human error. I asked how could it be human error if my card number was run a 2nd time after I left the establishment, he seemed to get a nasty attitude and advised that I would be reimbursement by the company within 3 to 5 business days! That is not human error, that is stealing!
