I got the $3.95 (for shipping & handling) sample on 7/6 and the product didn't work - I was unaware that there was any kind of additional contract - as it was not stated in the offer. On 8/6 Veluminous took $35.99 out of my debit account (all that was in there) and I have seen no further product from them. Until today I was unaware that the monies had been taken from my account as I seldom use this account. Thankfully they can not take any further money from me as the original transaction was not on a revolving credit card.
When I tried to call the company to complain I got a recording that said they were experiencing a high volume of calls and to call back later - then it disconnected.
I just want my $35.99 back as it was not authorized.
