I took an online survey that offered a free trial jar of veluminous. I received the jar in the mail & the next month was charged 89.97 on visa, which I have never given them. I called & was told that I had signed a contract that said I would receive a jar each month. I don't remember seeing that. I certainly would not have signed it. I cancelled & they said it was taken care of & I received a cancellation confirmation. This month, I was charged again & no jar came in the mail. I have been trying to call, but they hang up saying, "we are experiencing a high volume of calls. Call again later". I have replied to the email confirmation they sent. Hopefully, they will cancel & reverse the charges.
