My boss purchased my LV purse for me last year as a christmas gift. I had to return one because the stitching was coming loose and they sent me another purse. Last week the gold piece holding the strap up came loose and I did not even know it and it is done. And the strap is broken. I want my money back for this piece of crap purse. Obvisouly it is not real.
