On 03/15 I sent a check for $14.98, as well as, on 05/21 ($14.97) to cover a year worth of subscription for Foreign Policy magazine. My real subscription expired Sept. and Foreign Affairs has no record of money sent. Looking at the Internet now I see that I been scamed by this outfit. You offered to help to recover this money.
