I requested that the remaining balance on my Newsweek subscription be applied to a new subscription for Time Magazine in January. I did not want to receive Newsweek because they were no longer being published in print form. A Customer Service representative stated that I should begin receiving my Time Magazine by the middle to end of February. I called them on March 18, and Customer Service stated that my subscription had not been sent to Time Magazine and that she would file a complaint. I have attempted to reach them by phone and could not leave a message because their voice mail was full. Take some wise advice, NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM!!!
