We agreed on buying African Peanut Kernels from South Africa to Haiphong, Vietnam. They asked for 10% advance payment at the beginning and then increased to 12% when we increase our purchase quantity. They sent us the copy of full set documents and the forwarder website, www.matisonmaritimelogistics.Co. Za, for tracking after "shipment" done.
However, we found that the documents are fake and the forwarder website is too simple. We checked all issuers of the documents, i.E. Matison Maritime Logistics, SGS and chamber of commerce of Republic of South Africa.
