I saw online an add for this item for $19.97 so I tried to order this and it told me I had to go to the store and get it from them so I called the store in Lawrenceburg tn they told me I had to go on line to get this after 2 calls to this store, 5 calls to India and talking to at least 7 people there and finaly they got me to 2 people in usa all the while each said they could help me but after over 2 hrs. On the phone no one did so I told the last woman in India they had my # when they could fine someone to fix my issue they could call me back or they could not count on my business. I love craftsmen tools but this is uncalled for. The lawrenceburg store said they wouldn't sell it to me at the add price. But I called the lady and asked her about it and she said no problem with selling item #07174815 for the price of the add. This lady, after talking to her this is only person I talked to that treated me like they valued my business. She only had one I wanted a total of 3. I guess sears ' customer service is just for satisfied customers
