With out my authorization they have collect from my credit card for 11 months for services I have never contracted or need. They refunded 8 months and gave me $ 100.00 bonus in a gift card who turns out to be coupons for 5 and 10 dlls.in restaurants or store that we do not have around the Valley. Which turn into 10 to 20 trips to far away businesses away from my location. I did accept service for a year providing 100 dlls gift card and a refund for 8 months, but turned to be coupons rather than a gift card. When trying to cancel the services paid in advance (one year for 59.99) they say they can not refund and they only offered me 9.99. Turns out they keep about 50 dlls from my credit card who they accessed WITH OUT MY AUTHORIZATION. Thank you Ernesto Cabrera
