Timberland
No help with medically limited customers shame on them

I ordered a beautiful jacket online and unfortunately the inner lining was not suitable for my medical condition. I asked for an exchange or refund and they refused because the item was on final clearance. The customer service did not budge despite my medical condition. I have bought timberland products for 15 yrs and they did not bother helping me... Screw them!
