Had a very confusing call and I was trying to cancel my subscription and ended up [pay 49.95 after he repeatedly told me my service was free. Then at the very end slipped in oh but you will be charged this much. I had no intention of wanting to do that so i called them back immediately and said That was not what I wanted at all your little phone guy tricked me. And they would not refund me. This is unacceptable I want my money back and to never use this service again I am also concerned they have my credit card info and are going to use it... Please help.
