I was sent an email about Sapphire e-cig offering this for just the cost of shipping $4.97.. The order came in 3 days but on day 10 I noticed over $100.00 taken from my acct. I called the co. And was told to send product back for a complete refund. I in no way trusted these people so I packed the return with one of my bank representatives & took pictures. Weeks went by, no refund. So I call the company and was told I didn't receive my refund because part of the product was missing... Which was a total lie...
