I saw the ad on David Lettermanwent to site that stated for 5.95 I would recieve a "free trial" of the Sapphire ecig so I ordered two one was for my daughter. Later I was billed an additional 97.00 EACH. So I called them and they said they would send me a SKU numd I was to return the box and I would get complete refund. That was over a week ago and I have recievied NOTHING!
