My husband send a letter in order to cancel his membership and was never processed by your department, please look at email below. He actually Cc me on the response. That was sent on April 4th and we still receiving monthly charges on my credit card xxx-X034.
Please take action about this, why your personnel is so irresponsible.

He actually re-send the letter yesterday FROM HIS EMAIL ADDRESS ACTUALLY ON YOUR RECORDS.
