I brought a Jeep Liberty 2003 on their store, when the vehicle arrived had paint and interior damage. They didn't wanted to help return the vehicle cause the inspection that had a cost of $200 did not mention this damage.
When I try to talk to the sales person, he didn't wanted to take care of the return. They have a sign on the office that says, if you get upset they will charge you more, so, they did.
When the title arrived they had corrected the documents, this is illegal so I had to go around and get a note from Manheim to correct the mistake and a notary stamp. They will take your money, they don't care about you. They don't know the process and will make mistakes that will cost you.
Terrible customer service, check other sites for more reviews, all are bad reviews.
