I purchased an item from Silverage Direct and have not recieved the item. I have called Silverage Direct (888-270-9739) and their RECORED MESSAGE says "Please allow 10 Business days for your order to Arrive, or please email us". After listening to their message there is no other way of Comunicating with them. I E-mailed them and have not recieved a responce. Beware, if you chose to do Business with Siverage Direct!
