I was told that I could get a grant for various things for only $3.87, then a charge showed up on my CC for ID protection $3.95 and some kind of medical for $3.95.

Now they want me to send them $100 by Western Union on Friday 8-30-13. This won't happen because I'm cancelling this stuff and changing my CC #.
