I did receive a letter. On which said the I have won a prize of 50k on the entry slip. With serial # 2986NC, enclosed was a check of 2,437.49 deducted from the prize money to pay a tax british tax officer. Name. Mrs. Grace Morgan on 2916 Indian TRL. Bryan, TX. 77803. The letter stated that I was one of the winners in the CONSUMERS PROMOTION DRAW.organized for all custumers of the participated retail stores in the North America and United Kingdom. The selected stores includes: WALGREENS, WAL-MART, BEST-BUY, SAFEWAY, MOVARTIS, STAPLES AND SEARS.
Since I do not like to give my info. Away so easy I started looking on the internet for more info. On the phone # 866-624-4713 got it back as a scam phone #. Check the name of the company and fund out more and this complains for scams. I hope more people can look twice on their mail and check out if what they get is true of not. I will show this check and letter to all my friends so they can be on the lookout for their families and friends, these are difficult times and we can fall for this so easy and this people are taking advantage of the moment. This people must be retired politicians, they are used to take the money of all working people on the name of better future or security. But no for us just for them.
