I received a call from an Unknown and sent it to voice mail. The message stated that I have a complaint against me and that I or my attorney will have 24 hours to oppose this matter. Failure to respond will result in them contacting my employer to verify my employment. Please contact them at 214-644-1249 or press 9 to speak with a litigator. I called back and at first there was no answer but the second time a man named Mike said I have a payday loan to pay back and was being sued. He called out my place of employment, the last four digits of my social security and the amount I owed. I told him I had no payday loans and he asked what about online, I said no. He said he would file a complaint and the information might be wrong and that I should receive a call no later than 5 pm on Monday.
