I filed for a $200.00 payday loans which I have enough money to pay back all at once in the 15 days give, I was just a little short this month due to back to school shopping for uniforms for my kids. Just like everyone else after submitting my application I had a bad feelin, but I had no reason to think I would be denied for the loan, so I figured I could invest the $19.00 application fee. Well Of course I was denied with these reasons:
We have received your application for a new Payday Loan account with us, and have completed our review of your information.
Your application for a new Payday Loan Account has been denied for one or more of the following reasons:
1. The applicant was unreachable at work.
2. The application contained an invalid Social Security Number.
3. The employment information provided was unverifiable.
4. The provided SSN does not match the applicant's employment records.
5. The application contained invalid contact information.
6. The applicant was not at least 18 years of age.
7. The applicant does not meet the minimum income requirement.
8. The applicant does not meet the minimum time on current job requirement.
9. The bank account information provided is not valid for both ACH deposits and ACH debits.
10. The listed employer would not honor a Wage Assignment Agreement

Now I supplied them with perfectly accurate information so I know this was bogus. So i sent an email inquiring why they offer payday loans they do not intend on actually providing. They are obviously only out for the fee. I also filed a complaint with the FDIC and the BBB. I filed a dispute with my bank as well. Well when I told the company this i, they promptly followed up with a email stating they dont know whats wrong with people like me. And they also mentioned that I was denied not for the reasons they initially stated but because I owe on 20 pay day loans. I dont know of 20 pay day loans company and i definitely dont owe 20 of them. Tehy said they found this out through teletrack, however they specifically advertise on their website that they dont use teletrack to decide whether or not to provide a loan. Isn't that like false advertising? I'm definitely following through with this company and I've informed them of that as well. If there's anyone else with a bad experience with this company and would like to join a class action suit, please free to respond to this.
