Description of the Incident
Describe in your own words how you have been victimized.
On the 1st of every month I receive SSI from Social Security, but at this time on the 1st of August I
received a call from Mr. Jerry Lochmen, which after jerry has tolded me that I have a loan for $2500.00 he
tell's me "if you don't believe me, here is our head supervisor, Mr. Justin Wilson. Mr. Justin Wilson
tells me that if I pay the 10% of the loan, which was $250.00, yes I was assured for the $2500.00
loan". I had to go to the Western Union, and pay $10.00 for the transfer of $250.00, while on the
phone with Mr. Jerry Lochmen, after I have paid the $250.00 he asked me for the MTCN#122-298-9059,
and the exchane rate#43.3596999. After I have given all the Information on the receipt, he gave me a loan
I. D#98914874, and then we have gotten Disconnected, so I just went home, because I had all the
information that was needed to verify there loan company. I made it home and called them on my house
phone#504 465-8244, he answers and says that he has spoken to another supervisor or head of the
national payday
loans company, and that they weren't able to give me the loan unless I have processed a
refundable amount of $199.00, witch the $199.00 was to be added on to my loan for $2500.00. I didn't
have the $199.00 for the refundable amount, so he tells me when I get the money that the loan was going
to be wired back to me from the same Western Union. I called Mr. Mike Hyden back about the 3rd or the
4th of August, and just asked him for a refund, and he tells me that the refund was going to take 15 to
25days to get back to me. I tell him okay. I waited until the 10th of august and spoke with Mike Hyden
once more telling him that I have $130.00, he tells me that there company will accept the money for the
refundable amount, but I was to pay them back after I receive the loan amount with the refundable fee of
$2699.00. I went back to the Western union and made the tranfer, and I also gave him the
MTCN#637-181-1646, but when I was giving him the exchange rate#44.2658995 the phone was
disconnected. I went home once more, and called them back, and he told me that I couldn't get my loan,
because I haven't paid the full amount, so I asked Mike Hyden for a refund, and their company is telling me
that I can not receive a refund. I called the Social Security office and tried filling in a complaint with them,
but they told me to file a complaint with the BBBureau. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and just as of today
they have closed my case, and referred me to you all, in witch you all or the FBI. There web address was
given to me from Mike Hyden[www.nationalloans.com], and also i have complained through the internet
website, and i still have no answer. I really do need that money because I am not able to work, because of
multiple surgeries on the testicle's for a strain or some muscle problems called a Hernia. Can you get back
